Drowning Stones - Village house

"Most houses now show signs of decline. Where there was once solid stonework, people have made do with wood and rough repairs; it’s clear they’re trying to hold on to their old way of life. The imposed Trade Pact led to the loss of most communal spaces that once served the entire village, and overall living conditions have worsened because of it."

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The idea started after reading a book on how cod fishing impacted the local architecture in Portugal, and then it fused with some recurring themes and thoughts.
On the workflow side, I used this project to push 3D as much as I could, and as a result, I gained a better sense of what’s actually efficient to detail in 3D versus 2D.
